Karin Furrer advises insurers and market participants in the area of collective investment schemes on regulatory and legal matters. Her practice also focuses on commercial and corporate law, where she advises her clients on a broad range of matters including general contract law and establishment or re-organization of companies (including associations and foundations).
Her clients benefit from her experience of having worked at the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, FINMA.
