We are pleased to announce that Marius Stucki joined Altenburger Ltd legal + tax in Zurich as a new associate in March 2020. He is specializes in international arbitration as well as domestic and international state court litigation, particularly in matters of commercial contracts. He also focuses on intellectual property law and criminal law. As a member of the Business China-Switzerland Team, he advises and represents clients on in- and outbound foreign investment and China-related dispute resolution.
