Syz Capital, a specialist for investments in private markets, together with Saturnus Capital, a Swiss private equity firm focused on transactions in the SME sector, invest into Capture Media, an online marketing pioneer (further information: Syz Capital und Saturnus Capital investieren in das Wachstum von Capture Media – Capture Media AG).
Altenburger advised the founders of Capture Media, Michel Lazecki, Sandro Albin and Franz d'Huc, in the transaction.
Altenburger's team was co-led by Thierry Thormann and Ralph Imoberdorf (both M&A) and further included Luzius Cavelti (Tax) as well as Céline Spahn (M&A).
