Altenburger expands its Partnership
Ralph Imoberdorf, LL.M. is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Team as well as the Employment Team of Altenburger's Zurich Office. He advises early-stage companies, SMEs, and listed companies on commercial and corporate law, M&A, corporate finance, restructuring law and employment law matters, both in a domestic and international context.
Isabelle Meyer, LL.M., is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution Team as well as the Banking, Finance & FinTech Team and Head Litigation of the Zurich Office. She specializes in domestic and international litigation with a focus on commercial and contractual disputes, employment law matters as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings, including the enforcement of domestic and foreign judgements. Isabelle Meyer also has broad and long-standing experience in internal and regulatory investigations, including anti-money laundering, and in white collar crime matters. Before joining Altenburger in December 2022, she worked for eight years as an Associate at a leading law firm in Zurich.
Marco Fusi, LL.M., is a Partner in the Corporate and M&A Team of Altenburger's Zurich and Lugano Offices. He regularly advises clients in general corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, M&A and finance transactions. He further specializes in restructuring and succession planning for SME and advises start-up companies.
Natalia Roos, Swiss Certified Tax Expert / DAS Swiss VAT, is a Partner in our Tax Team. She has extensive experience in domestic and international tax law, working for both companies and individuals. Natalia specializes, in particular, in real estate and M&A transactions, succession planning, corporate restructurings, reorganizations and financing. She further advises individuals on all aspects of tax law, in particular, tax planning, relocations, lump sum taxation, tax residency questions and ongoing income and wealth taxation. She also assists clients during tax audits and has broad experience in tax litigation, regularly representing clients before Swiss tax authorities and courts. Her expertise further includes Swiss VAT.
