Altenburger acted as legal advisor to the sellers in a transaction regarding the sale of all shares in Etops Group AG, a leading SaaS solutions provider to the wealth and asset management sectors in the DACH region, to a group company of Pollen Street Capital.

As part of the transaction, certain shareholders made are investment into the group of the buyer.

The team consisted of Thierry Thormann, Ralph Imoberdorf and Céline Spahn (all M&A) and further included Luzius Cavelti and Natalia Roos (Tax).
